Bebo, a teenager struggling to survive, lives with his older brother in a public housing complex on a small coastal town in Puerto Rico. They fish for a living, but have recently begun to delve into illegal ventures. After a violent turn of events, Bebo goes on the run with his girlfriend Lola. She too is longing to escape her troubled world. They seek refuge in the labyrinthine mountain range in the center of the island. With hitmen on their tracks, how far can they go when they are surrounded by water?
